When can I come to the Lounge and get my Member Benefits?

You can come and enjoy your member benefits any time that the lounge is open! We welcome walk-ins but if you want to guarantee a time slot you can always book through our website or app.

When will I be billed for my Membership?

You will be billed on the same day that you signed up for our membership. For example, if you signed up on the 5th of the January, you would pay for your first month at the time of sign-up and your next month on the 5th of February.

Do I have to do three of the same services every month?

You can choose how you want to spread out your three services per month. Want to do three cryotherapy sessions? You absolutely can! Want to try one session of whole-body cryotherapy, one session of red-light therapy, and one session of Maenne? We highly recommend it!

Is there a spending minimum as a member?

There is NOT! While being a member grants you fantastic discounts on many of our offerings there is not a minimum spending to retain your membership status.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for Membership?

HSA (Health Savings Account), HRA (Health Reimbursement Account), and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) plans and policies vary widely. While some accounts may be used for wellness services, others may have policies that do not allow it. You will need to contact your plan to determine what, if any, wellness services are eligible. If your HSA/HRA/FSA allows payments for wellness membership or services, you may use it for payment. Another alternative is for you to pay using another method and submit a request for reimbursement directly to your HSA/HRA/FSA plan; for this, simply download your receipt from Wellness Living.

Can I roll over services that I don't use to the next month?
Unused monthly services do not roll over from month to month and cannot be transferred from person to person.
Can I sign up for a one-month Membership?

While our memberships are priced on a month-to-month basis, we ask that you sign up for at least 4 months when starting a membership at The Feel Better Lounge. This is because most health and wellness programs take on average 4 months to have noticeable changes. If you are planning on cancelling your Feel Better Lounge membership, please give our team a 30-day notice to avoid being billed for any additional months.
